    The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the title of the bill as follows:

    H. B. 3222 –- “A BILL to amend and reenact §59-1-2a of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the functions of the Secretary of State; permitting the secretary to contact business entities; permitting the secretary to charge certain fees.”
